IAt Body Restore Wellness, our goal is to provide safe, supportive, and empowering natural wellness services. To ensure the best possible experience for all clients, please review our service policies and disclaimers below.

 

 Service Policy

1. Appointment Scheduling

  • All services must be scheduled in advance through our online booking system or by phone.

  • Please arrive 5–10 minutes early for your appointment to ensure a smooth check-in process.

  • Late arrivals may result in a shortened session out of respect for the next client.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee.

  • No-call/no-show appointments may result in loss of future booking privileges.

3. Scope of Services

Body Restore Wellness provides natural wellness services, including massage therapy, stretching, herbal and essential oil guidance, yoni steams, and holistic consultations.
These services are not a substitute for medical treatment and do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions.

 

4. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete health information

  • Informing the practitioner of any changes to health conditions, medications, or surgeries

  • Following all safety guidelines during services

Failure to disclose relevant health information may impact the safety and effectiveness of your session.

Disclaimer & Safety Notice

1. Not Medical Care

Services at Body Restore Wellness are not medical treatments and should not replace care from a licensed physician, mental health provider, or healthcare professional.  We do not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medications, or perform clinical medical procedures.

2. Consult Your Primary Care Provider

We strongly encourage all clients to consult their primary care provider or specialist before beginning any new wellness, herbal, or holistic regimen—especially if you:

  • Are pregnant or postpartum

  • Have a chronic health condition

  • Are undergoing medical treatment

  • Are taking prescription medications

  • Have recently had surgery

  • Have questions about how natural wellness integrates with your current care.  Your safety is our priority, and we aim to work in harmony with your medical care team whenever appropriate.

3. Herbal & Essential Oil Disclaimer

Herbal teas, yoni steams, and essential oil recommendations are for general wellness purposes only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.  Always consult with your physician before using herbs or essential oils if you have medical conditions or take medication.

4. Post-Operative Services

Post-op support provided at Body Restore Wellness is non-medical and designed to complement your surgeon’s recommendations.  Clients must receive clearance from their surgeon or medical provider before booking post-operative services.

5. Telehealth Disclaimer

Telehealth consultations are educational and wellness-focused.
They do not provide medical advice, and information shared should be reviewed with your primary healthcare provider.

 

 Client Consent

By booking a service at Body Restore Wellness, you acknowledge and agree to:

  • The terms of this Services Policy

  • Our limitations as natural wellness practitioners

  • Your responsibility to consult your medical provider as needed
