 Refund Policy – Body Restore Wellness

At Body Restore Wellness, we strive to provide exceptional services and a positive wellness experience for every client. To maintain fairness and consistency, we have established the following refund guidelines:

 

Service Refunds

  • All service sales are final.
    We do not offer refunds for completed services, prepaid appointments, or wellness sessions once they have started or been rendered.

  • If you are dissatisfied with your service, please speak with us immediately so we can address your concerns and work toward a resolution.

 
Appointment Cancellations  &  Late Arrivals
  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your appointment may be rescheduled without penalty.
  • No refunds are issued for cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice.

  • No-call/no-show appointments are non-refundable and may require payment in full before future bookings are accepted.

  • Late arrivals may result in a shortened session; no partial refunds will be issued for lost time.

Products, Herbs, and Essential Oils :  For safety and hygiene reasons:

  • All product sales, including herbs, teas, essential oils, and wellness blends, are final.

  • We cannot accept returns on opened or unopened natural products due to contamination and quality-control standards.

Classes, Events & Workshops

  • Payments for workshops, classes, educational sessions, and wellness events are non-refundable.

  • If Body Restore Wellness cancels an event, attendees may receive:
    ✔ A full credit toward a future event, or
    ✔ A transfer of credit to another eligible program

Exceptions

Refund exceptions are only considered in situations where:

  • Body Restore Wellness must cancel a service unexpectedly, or

  • A medical provider recommends delaying or suspending certain services
    (Proof may be required for exceptions.)
